Two of the three Oil feed (Lubrication) 'cups', supplying lubricant to the main crank bearings and engine cylinder. There not really full of oil ! Like the lumpy paint ?

Hmmm, either I am making a right mess of this model or this is another 'wrong' part. The 'throttle' linkage is meant to be dead straight but I cannot see any way how ever you fitted the Governor follower arm that the centrifugal weights would not crash into the linkage the first time they spun around ! Hence the rather modified linkage to keep out of the way of fast moving parts .....
