As I'm trying to make this run on air this section is rather Important ! All parts needs strengthening and completely sealing against air loss. The cylinder walls I stiffened with card to stop the bores flexing with the movement of the piston with resulting air loss and I coated the walls with gloss paint for wear protection. I stuck another bottom panel to the top as the top walls were to thin to stop air leakage, I could then seal up the top & bottom of the cylinder. The air Intake/Exhaust 'ducts' were all sealed up with the addition of cardboard on their sides as again they were to thin as well. Also a collar was added at the bottom to help keep the Piston/Rod straight and a rubber 'O' ring was added inside. Sorry a non paper part ....
